Al Bolivar, the founder of TAS, was
a Professional Engineer, Professional Land Surveyor
and an ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrist. In over
thirty years of industry experience, he has the

qualifications in both the public and private sectors.
His knowledge base and ability to maintain a contemporary
presence in the industry are the driving forces
